Does this come in a 4" length? What are the matching knobs? Can these rust?

A. The Amerock BP55244 is the closest match at 5", there is not a listed 4" version. If you do a general search for Allison Value, there are a number of knobs under that collection. They are not designed to rust.

Do the holes on BP53013 match the holes in the backplate Amerock BP875?

What is the length of attaching screws?

A. The handles come with 1" screws to attach to your doors and drawers. They can be replaced with longer screws for different applications.
