Color Wrong The product number seemed right for oil-rubbed bronze according to the Baldwin company website, but what was delivered was a black door knocker. So bought a can of oil-rubbed bronze spray paint to correct. Otherwise the product has the look (and now the color) of what was planned. July 20, 2011

Quality product! I ordered the Baldwin (0102) Door knocker in Satin Nickel and couldn't be happier. The screw holes in my metal exterior door are 4 inches apart. This knocker had a CTC (center to center) of 4 inches and saved me from having to drill more holes in my door. It was easy to install and looks great with my Brushed Nickel peep hole and residential numerals. The smooth online purchase and delivery time was the cherry on top. January 17, 2011

Good quality I was looking for a showy knocker to jazz up our front door. This Baldwin item looks terrific. The only thing that keeps it from 5 star rating is that it is secured to the door with through-door screws from the inside. It would have been helpful to properly center the knocker if Baldwin had provided a template to mark the hole locations like they do with their door handle sets. Even without a template, the hole location layouts can be determined fairly easily. The harder part is being sure that your drill is perpendicular to the door so that the holes come through centered on the opposite side of the door. May 19, 2008
