How heavy of door can this hold up to?

Does the door automatically recenter at 90 degrees? Does the door hold at 0 degrees, 90 degrees and 180 degrees? If it does recenter automatically, can we adjust the tension that it swings back at?

A. The Deltana DASH95 does automatically recenter at 90 degrees. It does hold at 0,90, and 180 degrees, and you are able to adjust the tension that it swings back. Instructions for each of these are included with the product.

How does this mount to the door and is the price for a pair or for each?
