Can the Deltana FP223 pull and the Deltana EP475 can be installed in a hollow core door?

A. The Deltana FP223 Flush Pull cannot be installed in a hallow core door but the EP475 Edge Pull ( http://www.handlesets.com/deltana-ep475-solid-brass-4-x-3-4-edge-pull/p578158 ) can be.

I currently have a pull measuring 1 7/8" by 4" when measured from the outside of the flanges. Will your product work as a replacement?
