Does this come in Oil-Rubbed Bronze even though no picture is available?

A. The Deltana FP828 does come in oil rubbed bronze, Deltana just did not have a picture available. If you click to view finish tab to the right of the drop down menu you can view Deltana's version of the finish.

Where are the dimensions measured at? On the face including the flange or on the back art that is recessed into the door?

A. The dimensions are as followed: Exterior = 1" wide, 4" in length, Interior = 3-5/8" in length, 11/16" in width, 1/2" deep, and the lip is 1/32".

Can this be used on an Interior hollow core or wood door that is 8ft high ?

A. Yes, this product can be used on either of those applications if you can attach the handle soundly to the door.
