Getting Samples is Easier Than Ever Before

Pulls Direct understands that purchasing decorative hardware online can be difficult without being able to touch and feel the product in person. Our sample program will eliminate this uncertainty by allowing you to receive multiple samples to compare color, look and feel. HASSLE FREE!!! We want you to get your order right the first time, so try our sample program before you make your final purchase.

Program Guidelines

  • Order up to 4 different items (quantity 1 of each)
  • Pay a flat shipping rate $5.99

How It Works

  • Select up to 4 different items (quantity 1 of each).
  • Add them to your cart.
  • Check-out using your preferred payment method.
  • Once your sample pulls have arrived make your decision and return the unwanted samples as outlined below.

Returning Samples

  • If you place a subsequent order of greater value, you can return all unwanted samples, FREE OF CHARGE with no service fee within 30 days after you receive the product.
  • If you do not end up placing a subsequent order, you can still return your unwanted samples within 30 days after you receive the product but a 20% service fee will apply.


How Do I Return My Samples?

Returning samples to us is simple. Follow 3 steps:

  1. Call us toll free at 800-470-1505 or log into your account CLICK HERE and select the items you want to return. Click Setup a New Return
    Select the samples you want to return. We will email you shipping information and your RGA # in 1 business day
  2. Ship your samples back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipper such as UPS or FedEx so we can easily track the status of your return.
    Place your items in the original packaging or the equivalent. Be sure to affix the RGA # to the outside of the package
  3. Get credit back to your card.
    Once the item is received, we will credit the amount you were charged back to your credit card.
    To speed up your credit, email us a tracking number and the name of the shipper and we will expedite your refund. Customerservice@pullsdirect.com

Program Restrictions

  • Any product over $20 will not be considered a sample and will be subject to restock.
  • PullsDirect.com is not responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
  • Items must be received in good condition to receive credit.
  • Shipping costs at time of purchase will not be credited back.

    REMINDER: BEFORE RETURNING ANYTHING, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA). MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RGA # TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. ITEMS RETURNED DAMAGED OR NOT IN GOOD CONDITON, WTHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THEY ARE RECEIVED MAY BE REFUSED OR INCUR A 20% SERVICE FEE.
