Nice handle set but careful installing
These handles are nice looking and functional, but the installation is a bit different from any other handset I've installed. The inside handle is held in place not by screw, but by a clasp between the bolt and the inside handle. If installation is easy, but if the handle is a little bit askew when you twist it to engage the clasp, the brass inside clasp can bend and the knob set is ruined. I had four to installed and this happened to two (I was able to recover one, but had to purchase another handle set for the other). In my opinion, it is better to avoid this design flaw and go with a set that screws the inside knob in place.

Response time by Handlesets.com was excellent! I expected to wait a couple weeks before I received the product but it only took a few days. It was easy to install and it matches the rest of my doorknobs quite well.

Perfect match!
Our home is only 5yrs old and when one of the door knobs started having problems I thought it would be easy to find a replacement. Not so. None of the hardware stores carries this particular style in our area. So when I found it on line I was a bit aprenhesive. But as it turned out it was a perfect match. It was coded to match our existing keys... once again a perfect match. Installation was easy of course because it was a direct replacement. Excellent service. Couldn't be more pleased.
