Wow, what a deal We just bought a new home and needed some hardware for our plain cabinets in the Kitchen and Master Bath. Wanted them to be like we had in our exsisting home so gave these a try. What a great deal and they look AMAZING with our Stainless Steel Appliances and cherry cabinets. They are very heavy metal that looks as expensive as the ones you buy at the big chain home builder stores. Even if you get the construction pack there, they are 10 for over $20.00 so you can't go wrong with Improvement Direct. I also purchased our bathroom vanitiy lights and kitchen island lights on here and the builder even asked us where we got them since so pretty and such a great price. My current knobs are almost round except for a hollow indentation in back, kind of like a mushroom. You can get your finger caught in that indentation. Does this style indent around the post?

A. According to the manufacturer, the front of the handle is indeed blended into the stem to eliminate the lip you are referring to.
