Does this attach via a screw on the back or nails? And how far down from top is the attachment? I have to cover up a key hole and i want to be sure it hits in the right place.

A. The Omnia 9447 has screws on teh back that have 3 inch centers.

How installed? Does it have a center hole also ? or total of 2 screws .

A. There are installation instructions that come witht the product, Omnia doesn't have any available online. It has screws on the back that have 3 inch centers. Just two holes.
