How does the bar mount to the wall? Is it a "quick clip" style or a more secure "bolt to the wall" style?

A. The Rusticware 8222 will bolt to the wall.

Can this bar be cut 2" prior to installing? Thanks

A. The Rusticware 8222 doesn't come in a 22" length however if you are handy enough to cut down the hollow lengh of pipe prior to install it can be done. The warranty would be voided of course, and the installation template would need to be shortened 2" as well.
