Plymouth Electronic Keypad Single Cylinder Deadbolt 4.8 5 38 44
Very happy! I did not want to worry everyday that my two kids kept up with their keys at school. If they lost them or forgot to take them with them. That is why I got this deadbolt. It is very easy to use. I am very happy with this purchase. September 3, 2011
Great keyless deadbolt lock I love the convience of this lock. It is very easy to use. It also feels sturdy. August 31, 2011
Easy to Install, Great Finish This lock was easy to install, no surprises. The finish is great, and should last. The premium was worth the cost as this is a very "public" lock. The locks are easy to program and teach others to use. July 25, 2011
Great Purchase Great product. Easy to install and program. Have used Kwikset brand of electrocnic lock, but will stick with Schlage from now on. July 18, 2011
Very Nice I can't believe we went so long without a key-less lock. This lock is so convenient to use. If you have kids that struggle with using a key or keeps losing the key this lock is for you. Installation was very easy. Although if you are putting this lock on an exiting door then you are most likely going to have to adjust the position of the jamb plate and depth. This is to be expected. June 18, 2011
Super Lock Lock very easy to install and has many options for different applications. Like the idea of a manual operation of the the deadbolt. June 15, 2011
Fine Hardware This electronic keyed entry deadbolt is very attractive, practical, and functional. Mine has the lifetime brass finish and shines like a new penny. The lock was easy to install. It went right in where the old deadbolt had been. The programming was easy to understand, and a great feature is that you can program a number of unlock codes for different people. For example, if the plumber needs to get in, when I am not at home, I can give him a code to use to get into the house. After he is done, I can erase the code. I don't have to worry about keys being duplicated or not being returned. Family and friends who come to visit may be assigned a code, so they can come and go as they please. All this can be done, without disclosing my personal code, so I don't have to change it. If I arrive after dark, I can push the top button, and the keypad lights up. To lock the door on the way out, I only have to press the top button and turn the deadbolt from the outside. After a few seconds the deadbolt handle is automatically disconnected from the deadbolt, so that it can not be reopened without using a code. If you remember that you need to go back into the house, immediately after locking the deadbolt, those few seconds will allow you to do so, without entering a code. After a little practice, it is so easy to use, and it's nice not to have to dig in my pocket for a house key. I feel that I got the best price here at HandleSets.com. April 21, 2011
great locks We love the convenience of these locks. My only disappointment was that to use the deadbolot in the existing hole, we could no longer use the handle that was already on the door, but it wasn't a big deal for me to install a passthrough knob. I put this on a back door that enters into our basement/shop & storage room. No longer do I wind up working in the back yard, wanting to get into the house for a specific tool and have to walk around the house, go down to the basement and unlock the door - or carry a very heavy set of keys with me when I work outside. We used the same lock without the deadbolt on the door from our garage into the house. I just love it! I can lock the door when I'm working outside or taking my dog for a walk w/o the need for taking my keys. My hands are usually full when coming in from the car and it's so much easier to push the buttons than fight with my heavy set of keys to get into the house. April 20, 2011
Great Product This product is great!! It is the high quality lock you expect from Schlage. It was easy to install. The keyless entry function works well. Characteristics I really like:1. Multiple codes can be programmed so that we can provide to contractors and then delete after they are gone all while keeping the "family" code 2.standard 9volt battery so that when it needs changing I can easily and economically find a replacement 3. the key pad is backlite so that it's easy to use at night. April 20, 2011
love this lock I ordered this bolt lock because I didnt want to have to worry about keys. I love it. I havent had the chance to use the contractor code yet, but I definately like that feature. January 8, 2011
